I arranged to visit to view their bikes, everyone was really friendly and welcoming and they went out of their way to show me the full range let me have test rides and then listened to what I wanted and then Chris patiently did a bike fitting for me. His knowledge and experience was invaluable. When I picked it up the bike felt comfortable straightaway and it is an exceptional bike. I cannot recommend Reilly enough and I would strongly recommend visiting them.

I got a Gradient from Reilly after looking for a titanium gravel bike. They were very knowledgeable and helpful when I was deciding my spec and built a bike as close to what I wanted. Some items were not possible to get but they came up with great alternatives and some even better than I had picked.
Customer services were excellent and I was always kept informed of any changes. They also went out of their way to get my bike to me.
The bike looks amazing, and is fantastic to ride. It’s light and stiff but also very responsive. It’s fast and does exactly what you want it to do. It’s a real pleasure to ride, on road or off.
I wish I’d got one years ago and highly recommended Reilly to anyone for their next bike purchase.

I'm really happy with the bike, the build, the set up and the great service from Reilly, Peak Ascent and The Bike Fitters. I've done over 100km and 1300m of elevation gain on it since i picked it up and i couldn't be happier. I've been able to do rides that I've been hoping to do for years.

The bike (T325D) looks amazing and is beautifully engineered and assembled. I took it out for its maiden journey yesterday and it was a dream compared to my old Giant TCR that it replaces. Super smooth and comfortable, and exactly what I needed. My average speed is already higher than I could get on my old bike and it felt effortless, so clearly it's working for me. I'm looking forward to running up the miles over the summer.
Thanks to Ed for understanding my needs better than me and for steering me towards this bike and spec. Thanks too for your patience as I dithered between two bikes when I visited for a test ride. I'm glad I was convinced to go for the 2x setup rather than 1x, and the carbon wheels look and ride great. Please also thank your workshop for the great job on the frame and assembly overall. Just a short email to say thank you, the Reflex is awesome and I thoroughly enjoyed riding it over the last week. Over 420 km the bike handled everything thrown at it exceptionally well, from the rough, rutted terrain of Dartmoor to fast steep rock strewn downhills.
I took the Spectre to Belgium at the weekend and did the Tour Of Flanders Sportive on it, I wouldn't have chosen any other bike to be on and got a few compliments at the feed stops too.

I bought a Reilly Spectre 5 years ago and have loved every minute riding it. It fits me like a glove, eats up the miles, and is just perfect for the type of riding I do. It's my only road bike so I ride it through the winter muck with mudguards and lights, then strip it down for faster riding in the summer. I completed my first Paris-Brest-Paris on it last year and it was faultless, and I fully expect to do it again in 2027 on the same bike.In lieu of not needing to buy a new bike as Ti frames last so long, the least I can do is say Thank You!

I recently bought a Reilly T325. Stunning road bike to look at, and so good on the road it actually made me laugh out loud mid-ride. Truly magical experience. I've had many road bikes in the last 30+ years but none have provided such unadulterated joy as the Reilly T325. I had to wait a number of weeks for it, but man it was worth it, and Reilly kept me informed and updated throughout. Outstanding service to back up their outstanding bikes.

I was lucky enough to have a friend who’d purchased a Reilly a few years back, so didn’t feel the need to test ride, being of a similar height. I ordered a Titanium Gradient from the website.
First off if you order a Reilly direct, you can be confident that they’ll keep you informed throughout the sourcing of the components and building of the bike. Phil phoned and emailed on a number of occasions to check on specific items and give me updates. The bike arrived and was well packaged without any visible scratches etc. However on closer inspection the rear mech hanger had been bent. A quick email with photos of the offending item to Phil and a new one was dispatched the same day. That’s excellent customer service. The bike itself is a thing of beauty, built with care. It’s very comfortable to ride but still provides the stiffness you need when putting down power. I can’t wait to take it on some multi day bike packing adventures. Highly recommend the product and the team at Reilly Cycle Works.
