We offer bespoke bike builds so delivery time depends on your components. Once you have placed an order our sale team will call you to confirm your place in the build queue and the proposed delivery time.
Generally, we hold stock on all our frames in all sizes. Subject to frame finish, we can usually turn frameset orders around in a timely manner. Once you have placed an order our sale team will call you to confirm the proposed delivery time.
Shipping is FREE to mainland UK. We use Parcelforce 48 hour service for bikes and Parcelforce 24 hour service for framesets.
Overseas shipping will be charged at cost. Indicative shipping costs are shown at checkout but we use an agent to calculate the most cost effective courier service from UPS, FedEx, DHL and many others. Our sales team will contact you to confirm exact shipping costs and times.
BIKE ASSEMBLY
Your bike will arrive in a bike box and will need simple assembly -
STEP 1 Remove front wheel and the bike from the box and take off packaging.Â
STEP 2 Remove red plastic tab from the front wheel caliper
STEP 3 Remove plastic axle from the fork and secure the front wheel with the axle which can be found in the Box of Bits
STEP 4 REGULAR BARS - Remove the face plate from the stem, attach the bars and replace face plate. Tighen to 6Nm. Ensure bars are central and level to suit.
STEP 4 INTEGRATED BARS - Locate the headset spacers in the Box Of Bits. Remove the top cap. Put the spacers on. Put the stem over the top ensuring you do you twist the hoses. Install the top cap. Align the bars. Compress the top cap till there is no play in the headset but still allows free turn. Do you over tighten. Tigthen stem bolts to toque seting.Â
STEP 5 Insert seat the post. If you have an internal Di2 battery, be careful and ensure cables are not pinched when you insert the post. Set to your height and tighten.
STEP 6 If you have bought pedals from Reilly they will be in the Box Of Bits, attach these
STEP 7 Check all bolts are tightened. HAPPY RIDINGÂ

Your deposit is fully refundable if the bike build hasn’t been started by our workshop. Thereafter, cancellation may be subject to a restocking fee.
Custom frame finishes are non-refundable.
