Reilly offers a lifetime warranty on framesets for first owners (non-transferable). This covers fair wear and tear and any damage arising out of the product’s normal use. All other parts, excluding consumables, carry a 2-year warranty.

1. Warranty Coverage
- 1.1 Titanium road frames: Lifetime of the original owner, covering all material defects.
- 1.2 Carbon fibre road frames: 5 years from delivery.
- 1.3 Steel road frames: 10 years from delivery.
- 1.4 Frame finishing (paint, decals, etc.): 12 months from delivery.
- 1.5 Components and accessories: 12 months unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer.

- Purposeful damage, incorrect storage, or negligence by you or a third party.
- Repairs or alterations by unauthorised repairers.
- Damage from extreme use (e.g. stunt riding or jumping).
- Damage caused by lack of maintenance or corrosion.
3. Making a warranty claim
- Register your frameset using the registration form.
- Contact us or your nearest authorised dealer.
- Provide original proof of purchase.
- Accept responsibility for any collection, delivery, or labour costs associated with the claim.
4. Warranty limit — limited to the repair or replacement of a defective product only.
5. Tubing lifespan — depends on use level and intensity. We use high-quality materials but fatigue over time is natural. We’ll assess whether wear and tear or a defect applies in any claim.
6. Regular inspection — owners should check framesets regularly for cracks, corrosion, or paint issues, either themselves or via an authorised dealer.
7. Crash replacement policy
In case of a crash or damage not covered by warranty, we offer:
- A discounted replacement frame or fork (redeemable once).
- A discounted equivalent frame/fork if the model is discontinued (redeemable once).

8. Crash replacement exclusions
- Labour charges.
- Collection/delivery costs, import fees, duties, or VAT.
- Paint finishes on frame or forks.
